Basil
King of herbs (Greek basilikos). Native to India. Clears the mind, kills gut parasites, settles digestion. Perfect in Italian dishes.

Horseradish
Wasabi’s cousin. Vitamin C and mineral bomb. Eases gout, arthritis, clears airways.
