Trace Mineral Drops

Trace minerals are tiny but mighty: your body only needs them in micro‑doses, yet they quietly run enzymes, hormones, metabolism, brain function, bones and immunity in the background. When food is grown on depleted soils and water gets stripped bare by filtration, it’s no surprise so many people run low, even if their diet looks pretty good.

Instead of obsessing over one “hero” mineral, a broad spectrum makes more sense; magnesium, potassium and chloride as the backbone, plus a long list of trace elements like zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium, manganese, copper, iron and silicon. Each has its own job: oxygen transport, thyroid balance, blood sugar control, antioxidant defence, connective tissue, skin, hair, nails, and so on. A good liquid concentrate basically tops up the background “mineral noise” your body expects from real earth and seawater, not a handful of isolated synthetic tablets.

Drops like these aren’t meant to replace a decent diet, nor will they magically deliver 100% of every RDA. They’re more about restoring ratios; especially balancing all the other minerals against the sea of sodium most people already eat. Sea salt has its place, but you’d blow your salt intake to the moon long before you fixed a serious trace‑mineral deficit with salt alone.

The sensible way to look at it is as a cheap experiment in balance: a bottle lasts a while, you add a few drops daily, and you pay attention to energy, cravings, sleep, mood, cramps and general “spark”. If things feel more even, keep it; if not, you’ve learned something and move on.

One last point: more supplements does not equal more health. Stacking powders, pills and potions on top of each other can scramble your mineral balance just as easily as being deficient. Better to run a few clean, foundational basics properly than drown your system in well‑meant excess.
